防腐通风系列

通风系统

    实验室内往往存在许多不利于人体健康的化学物质污染源,特别是有害气体,将其排除非常重要。但与此同时,能源往往会被大量的消耗,因而实验室的通风控制系统的要求渐高,从早期CAV(定风量控制),2-State(双稳态控制),VAV(变风量控制)系统,到最新的UBC(自适应性控制)系统一一既安全,又符合节约能源的需要。
    总之,实验室的最新观念就是将整个实验室当作是一台排风柜,如何有效的控制各种进排气,达到既安全又经济的效果是至关重要的。实验室常用排风设备主要有:通风柜、原子吸收罩、万向排气罩、吸顶式排气口、台上式排气口等。其中通风柜最为常见。

VAV系统 VAV system

    VAV变风量控制系统是依据调节门不同之开度,来决定不同的排气量,以维持一固定的表面平均风速设计基准,变风量通风控制系统可以提供较佳的捕捉率及节能要求,此系统亦可由调整补偿空气的方式来达成所需之室内压力,在正常排气量状况时只需要最小之通风及温度控制量,当排气量增加时可由增加进气量予以平衡。
    其优点是:能最大程度节约风机运行能耗,减少能源消耗及运行成本;维持稳定的面风速,保障实验人员的安全;灵活性好,易于改、扩建,增减设备。
    其缺点是:初期建设成本昂贵,后期维护成本较高。
